Jeff Davis, President
Jeff Davis brings to ITA
more than seventeen years of experience as a business executive. He
has broad experience in new business formation, real estate,
technology transfer and venture investing. He also serves as
President of ITA's holding company,
Acorn Growth
Companies.
Davis is driving the
formation of the Oklahoma Aerospace Technology Association, an
alliance of Oklahoma's aerospace community. He currently serves as
the founder and president of the Oklahoma Technology
Executives Association, an organization of senior level technology
business executives in Oklahoma.
David T. Howe
VP - Business Development
David T. “Dave” Howe is retired from the Lockheed Martin
Company. Prior to his retirement in March of 2003, he was the Senior
Manager for Air Force Requirements in the Oklahoma City area and
reported to Lockheed Martin Aircraft and Logistics Centers located
in Greenville, SC. He was responsible for ensuring face to face
problem resolution and coordination with the Oklahoma City Air
Logistic Center in all aspects of potential and existing Lockheed
Martin contracts.
Prior to his appointment with Lockheed Martin,
he was the Central Oklahoma representative for BDM Engineering
Company and was involved in aging aircraft sustainment and mission
upgrade modifications.
Before his retirement as a Colonel from the Air
Force in 1991, Dave was involved in many aspects of military
aviation including flight operations, flight training, aircraft
maintenance, and quality control. In his final Air Force assignment,
he was the System Program Director for the B-52 weapon system and as
such was directly responsible for all maintenance and modification
programs as well as day to day logistics support for the B-52 fleet.
In total he has more than 40 years of aviation experience including
4200 flight hours and 182 combat missions during the Viet Nam War.
He is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado where he
received a BA in Business Management, and holds a Masters in Public
Administration from Golden Gate University, San Francisco,
California. He has completed an additional 30 hours of post masters
work
Shane Lindstrom
VP - Human Capital Systems
Shane Lindstrom joins ITA with 7 years of experience in project
management, application development and research. Prior to joining
ITA, he was the project manager in the Interactive Services department
for a national advertising agency. His work included client services,
program development, and people management.
Shane began his career working for Boeing
Aerospace Operations as an EMC Engineer / Scientist where he performed
Nuclear Survivability / Vulnerability system and component level
analyses and made design recommendations on aircraft avionics and
electronics systems. Before leaving Boeing, he also managed the
scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of multiple engineering
projects on the VC-25A and E-4B weapon platforms.
He is a graduate from the University of Oklahoma
with degrees in Engineering Physics.
Barry Dougherty
Business Account Representative
Barry Dougherty has been working in the Aerospace Industry for
over 20 years in a wide variety of opportunities. For the past 10
years, he has concentrated on project management, primarily focused
on military aircraft and defense technologies. He has directed
projects ranging from small, short-term activities to a 3-year, $50M
aircraft overhaul and modification program. His projects have
included customers from the US Government and a number of
international governments and companies.
Dougherty graduated from the US Naval Academy with a BS degree in
Aerospace Engineer. He later earned an MS degree in Aeronautical
Engineering at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. He has
also received training in quality, continuous improvement, risk,
earned value management, budgeting and other key project management
through seminars and professional courses. Mr. Dougherty was
certified as a PMP in October 2002."
Kate MacDonald Joyce,
Education & Training Director
Katherine MacDonald Joyce, BSB, has in excess
of 20 years experience and expertise in project/program development,
implementation, management, administration and identification and
acquisition of funding whether through contract proceeds, grant
funding, or direct funding for project/program implementation. She
has work experience in all arenas: profit-making, non-profit,
government positions, as professional staff and volunteer, and
entrepreneur.
Working with a primary focus on successful
project completion, she has experience working independently and
collaborating in the development of a variety of projects including,
but not limited to, conferences for professionals and
paraprofessionals, community-based programs, residential
construction and contracting, non-profit fundraising and client
service and support.
